I can’t believe 2013 is here! Hey, I guess that means we all survived the world ending! Ha I couldn’t have planned a better way to start off 2013 than with a sweet baby girl named Stella. Stella is no ordinary client. Her Mommy and Daddy are friends that I made through one of my closest friends, Misti. I first met Stella’s parents when I camped out at Northport Women’s Pavilion for 28 hours awaiting Misti’s little girl , Klaya to arrive. I continued to see them at birthday parties, cookouts, etc. When they found out they were expecting their own nugget I was so excited! I was even more excited when Jen told me she wanted me to photograph their little girl! There is something so special about a Mommy and a Daddy that trust you to capture their tiny little one and all of her newness. It’s the ultimate compliment. Stella was the best little model. The slept like a champ after finally conking out. Her Mommy wanted to incorporate her grandmother’s old vintage frame into the session. Oh how I love sentimental pictures. I got to use a couple new props/accessories and LOVED how they turned out. Welcome to the world little miss Stella. You are one loved little nugget!

I am so happy that the stars were aligned and we were able to do this session. Scheduling was a little difficult considering Matt lives and works in New York. Yes, you read that correctly. I knew the session would be really cute after Brooke showing me several pintrest inspired props that she wanted to use.I was so happy that we managed to find a couple places that still had pretty colors so late in November. We had a great time and I love what we got! Congrats on your engagement!
