Grammar Wedding

They’re hitched! Nikki and John said I do a couple weeks ago in Tuscaloosa. They are so sweet. Nikki’s family is originally from my hometown(Winfield) so it was nice to be able to talk to a group of people that have similar backgrounds. When I shot their engagement session I knew that the wedding would be such a special day. John loves his bride so much. He lights up when he sees her. We spent the day at the Battle Friedman House fighting the Alabama heat. The day ended with the perfect send off and Nikki and John are living happily ever after as we speak. Enjoy.

Such a gorgeous bride!!

This is exactly why I always suggest seeing each other before the ceremony. Such a perfect moment all to themselves. I think I see a twinkle in his eye!

I loved the best man’s fist pump! hah

This little stud muffin stole my heart! He wanted to eat my camera for lunch and had the most gorgeous baby blues!

Perfect ending to a perfect day.

    Insta-Tuesdays

Geez, is it already mid-May? Life has been really hectic here the last 2-3 weeks. Finishing up the Spring semester at UA, prepping for the Senior BA Show, Mini Sessions, Weddings, and everything in between. When I first started blogging I knew it would be a good outlet for my clients to not only see their own sneak peeks but to get to know me on a more personal level. One of the best parts about my job is interacting with great people. I always say, if/when we begin text messages with “Hey Girl!” that means I’m in the right place. My clients choose to share the most important part of their lives with me so why wouldn’t I share what’s going on in mine?

Introducing “Insta-Tuesdays” I’m just as obsessed with Instagram as the next person, so I thought about giving y’all a peek into life behind the sneak peeks and  Facebook albums. Each Tuesday I plan on sharing several of my Instagrams from the previous week (along with a little fun fact that coincides). This is a little bigger than they usually will be considering these are photos from the last 3 weeks. Man, I bet y’all are tired of reading. haha so here we go. This is what makes up the girl behind the camera.

    Fact Facts

-Little Kendall (KenKen) has 100% of my heart and always will. I will continue to annoy all of y’all with her cute little face! Nope, she’s not even related to me!

-I lay in my parents’ hammock and stare are the summer sky every chance I get.

-If I’m in Winfield and not at a session you will either find me visiting Kendall, the Tolberts, or on Dad’s 4-wheeler in the creek.
